"The sidekick is a bike messenger-style bag - characterized by soft, body-hugging shape and construction and oversized flap-over cover - with a protective laptop section, a generous main compartment for books and files, and well-organized pockets and compartments everywhere. The Sidekick is also an incredible value-it's priced like a "plain vanilla" laptop bag but is anything but. Sidekick features Skooba's Air SquareTM laptop shock absorbers at the bottom, 5-10mm padded walls on the sides, a cam-lock adjustable shoulder strap with removable pad, over a dozen pockets and compartments in all, and more. And despite all the bells and whistles, this high-capacity bag is slim and discreet, and weighs in at a scant, shoulder-friendly 35 ounces."
I haven't tested this particular Skooba bag - they send me a Checkthrough Brief to check out, and so far I'm fairly impressed with it - but I've never seen a Skooba bag I haven't liked. To get one at such a cheap price is a real deal!
