"Mark Cuban spoke at the Billboard Digital Entertainment Conference last week and below is a recording of that speech. He talked about the Blu-Ra Vs DVD controversy, the time/release windows in on-demand world, the piracy scare and why it is not that relevant for the movie industry, and his usual pitch about why storage will win out against IP-delivered media...a good, overarching speech... "

The quality of the recording isn't that hot, but Mark Cuban has some interesting thoughts on piracy and the movie studios. If you have 5 mintues, take a listen. Mark Cuban is all about delivering media to consumers and I think he is right about piracy not being the issue at all.
