"Ever wanted a media server that could record and stream multiple TV programs to other users in the home with full channel control, as well as, music and photo streaming capabilities? A new upstart named X-mediazone has put together a multi-tuner media serving monster based on the SageTV media platform with a starting price of $1,499."

With this Media Server, much like others, you will be able to access your music, photos, video memories, movies, and TV with family and friends on your TV set. You will also be able to schedule recordings and watch TV shows. The Sage103 comes fully installed and ready to be connected to your home theater receiver, and it fits nicely with your other A/V components. However, it is the specs on the Media Server that are truly what explain the high cost. It comes with an Intel P4 2.4Ghz (up to 3.2 GHz) and up to 2GB RAM. It also comes with an nVidia GeForce FX5200 (128MB DDR) with up to 4 tuners, a DVD+/-RW and a 120GB (upgradeable to 250GB) 7200RPM hard drive with an optional second drive. Sweet!
