"With TVTonic you can enjoy four full-screen, DVD-quality video channels for FREE. Download TVTonic and check it out. You'll get Rawdio, TVTonic's nonstop video music channel showcasing the newest videos; exclusive artist interviews; and hot, new upcoming acts. Also, receive The News which brings you the latest clips direct from the Associated Press and keeps you informed on current events. Movie trailers, star interviews and reviews are available in TVTonic's free MoviePick channel. Plus, watch classic cartoons like Popeye, Gumby and Betty Boop in Cartoon Cow."

TVTonic integrates either inside Internet Explorer or with Windows Media Center Edition (BETA). TVTonic also allows you to use your PC as either a DVR (you can stream live TV with a tuner card) or push saved video to other networked PCs. It appears that you can record on your office computer, but then watch in in your bedroom or even in the backyard on your laptop. Partner Channels are available for a monthly fee, though I don't see any of them being compelling. All in all, a very interesting way to get video on your PCs.
