Vivid Light Photography is a monthly online photography magazine with "over 870 articles in a searchable database plus this month's issue, over 7,000 printable pages you can download and a huge classified section filled with used equipment for sale."
They also have several articles that attempt to teach photography as well as photoshop techniques, travel and portrait photography and model & fashion, wildlife and underwater photography. One of the interesting things I noticed on this site is that you can ask them photography related questions.
