"Follow the steps from one through seven to grab files containing the movie via drag 'n drop to where the files will be saved. In between, enter the length of the movie for video bitrate calculation and select the sound type in step 2. Next, select the language. However, multi-language can only be used DivX files that use mp3. Select the number of CDs to use in step 4 as well as the aspect ratio. Next is the selection of the frame rate and video system. In the Create Subtitles File step, if you want to make subtitle files, all languages will be copied over. All done - click Go for it and EasyDivX does its magic." (text from Lockergnome newsletter)

Another DVD ripper, and hopefully this one is spyware free. ;-)
