Wolverine Data MVP: The Definition of a Brick?

There's big, then there's Wolverine MVP BIG. C|NET has a short video overview of this new media player, and it looks insanely large. The 100 GB hard drive is a huge plus, and the integrated memory card slots are cool, but the screen looks quite tiny on that huge frame. So it doesn't seem to be a device that would replace an Epson P-4000, nor would it replace a smaller device such as a Creative Zen Vision:M. The hardware design looks horrible and clunky. It looks like another ill-fated product to me...
