Dell Planning 6GB XM Media Player Device

According to Engadget, Dell is readying a new digital audio player with XM content support, built-in FM tuner, and a color display. The unknown device will reportedly offer 6GB of storage via 1.8" hard drive. That being the case, I wouldn't expect this device to look anything Nano-like. Sources say the device will come in a black design with Titanium accents.
This sounds interesting, but I'm more interested in knowing the price. I'm thinking $399. I just bought a new video iPod, but if the price on this Dell is low enough I just might pick one up as well just to play around with.
