Multi-Zone/Room Audio Media Center Plug-In

"MCE MZone is a client/server based application that will stream the audio over an IP network. Initially this means MZone will only work in one of the two conidtions: each zone has it's own PC connected up running a client; and each zone has a pair of speakers connected to a pc, via a unique soundcard, running multiple clients. Features in the first alpha release will be limited, I suspect they will include: ability to play, stop, pause, queue, forward and rewind music..."
There are a few other features that are mentioned, like the ability to play unique streams in each zone and synchronise streams between zones. It also looks like there will be no Media Center interface in the beginning. Very cool as this should directly compete with products like Sonos Media Server and will not cost as much.
