Serious Magic makes the very cool Visual Communicator software, and it looks like they've released a "lite" version aimed at the blogging market. I'm not sure if video blogging is quite ready to take off though - bandwidth still isn't all that cheap when it comes to video, and I don't know if the average Web publisher (myself included) has the self-confidence to get in front of the camera every day.
